Zircotex-Fix TZ Pyramid Disc

New abrasive fabric with pyramid shaped grit structure. Allows high material removal whilst producing a very fine finish.

FIX TZ Pyramid discs reduce the amount of work required compared to grinding belt sleeves and fleece sleeves and are ideal for pre-polishing for later mirror finishes and for removing scratches and spot welds. To be used only with the Zircotec FIX PUR backing pad with additional asortption coating to reduce heat and protect the Hook & loop components.

Zircotex-Fix SuperPolish disc

SuperPolish is a new, special needle fleece that produces a perfect, brilliant mirror finish on stainless steel and non-ferrious materials with no smears or shadows when used with our polishing compounds (white and blue) and polishing cream (pink).

SuperPolish is absorbent, does not smear and saves a lot of time. A separate SuperPolish discs must be sued for each individual compound so as not to mix compound grits. To be used only with the Zircotec FIX PUR backing pad with additional asortption coating to reduce heat and protect the Hook & loop components.

Zircotex-Fix Backing Pad

Velcro backing pad made from flexible plastic, with integrated, patented centring pin. Ensures that the discs is perfectly centred and will run vibration-free, every time, the first time, unlike conventional Hook & Loop, Stick-on or Velcro products.

Specially designed for using FIX TZ Pyramid disc and FIX superPolish disc. The backing disc is made of eleastic PUR with a special 6mm absorption coating. The centering pin is visible through the grinding discs to ensure that they are perfectly centred.
