Zircotex-Fix VELCRO QUICK-CHANGE DISC SYSTEM

Refined quick-change disc system. The disc base’s high degree of elasticity enables it to adapt optimally to the surface of the item being worked. The patented central pin ensures that the grinding disc is perfectly centred on the base. This guarantees 100% perfect rotation and low vibration levels.

Ideal replacement for other Velcro, Hook & Loop or stick on discs.

	Zircotex-Fix Flap Discs	Extremely long service life, high stock removal power and uniform, clean finish without material discoloration or glazing. High degree of elasticity ensures that it can adapt to any surface. Almost as flexible as a conventional fibre discs but lasts up to 30 times longer! Available in Premium Zirconia quality or also in Ceramic for the use on Aluminium or other non-ferrous metals. 	Zircotex-Fix TZ Pyramid Disc	New abrasive fabric with pyramid shaped grit structure. Allows high material removal whilst producing a very fine finish. FIX TZ Pyramid discs reduce the amount of work required compared to grinding belt sleeves and fleece sleeves and are ideal for pre-polishing for later mirror finishes and for removing scratches and spot welds. 	Zircotex-Fix SuperPolish disc	SuperPolish is a new, special needle fleece that produces a perfect, brilliant mirror finish on stainless steel and non-ferrious materials with no smears or shadows when used with our polishing compounds (white and blue) and polishing cream (pink). SuperPolish is absorbent, does not smear and saves a lot of time. A separate SuperPolish discs must be sued for each individual compound so as not to mix compound grits.
