In comparison to other fleece or surface conditioning discs, the MAGNUM VLIES TOP provides 6 times as much grinding capacity. It can be used for a multitude of jobs. It is an ideal tool for metalworking, grinding and polishing to achieve an even gloss finish as well as descaling, removing oxidation, scratches, rust, paint and deburring.

It can completely replace wire brushes, abrasive paper and rubber systems. Ideal for use as a preliminary stage in polishing to a mirror finish.

It also cleans and smoothes wood and plastic. A special mixture prevents glazing and loading - self cleaning.

The MAGNUM® FLEECE TOP® polishing disc will outlast conventional surface conditioning discs by up to 6 times ! Enormous cost-savings!

The disc is approx. 17mm thick. A highly compressed quantity of fleece material guarantees extra long service life.

Thanks to the EASY-LOCK clamping nut the abrasives on an angle grinder can now be changed in seconds without requiring any tools or opening a clamp etc. The EASY-LOCK clamping nut will work with any abrasive with a hemp or ABS backing disc. That means you can change any Eisenblatter abrasives for an angle grinder in a matter of seconds using this uniquely simple solution.

The clamping collar shaped on the top of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut can secure flap discs and abrasives with a "THICKER" backing disc securely as well as centering them at the same time. "THIN" abrasives such as cutting discs etc can simply be secured using the reverse of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut.
