	MAGNUM® COOL TOP® 3 PREMIUM ZIRCONIA FLAP DISC	The most advanced flap disc on the market: double special cooling layers, preventing the material from distortion and discoloration, extending the disc life. Polishing effect due to cotton-based abrasive backing material. Semi-flexible backing, made out of food-grade material, can be worn down without any danger of inhaling hazardous glass-fibre particles. The MAGNUM® COOL TOP® 3 is suitable for universal use for stainless steel, steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals, it can be used for area and edge grinding, coarse and intermediate grinding on wells, finishing fillet welds, rust removal, deburring and cleaning cast parts. 	Backing plate made out of food-grade material, the backing pad can be worn and dressed down without any danger of inhaling hazardous glass-fibre particles. No more throwing away of semi-worn discs - just dress it down to the last millimetre and continue to use it !
	The right speed increases the service life of a flap disc by up to 100 % - virtually doubling the life. The optimal speed for flap discs is between 5000 - 8000 rpm, depending on their size and the material surface. Used at the optimum speed, they achieve their optimum grinding capacity and service life. Variable speed angle grinders, especially our Varilex WSF 1600, are the preferred angle grinder for all types of flap discs.
	The spring-like elasticity of the special backing plate used in a slight angle of the grinding flaps has proven to be ideal during the grinding process, allowing a very high flexibility and a maximum stock removal rate.
	Never has disc changing been so quick, easy and efficient! Thanks to the EASY-LOCK clamping nut the abrasives on an angle grinder can now be changed in seconds without requiring any tools or opening a clamp etc. The EASY-LOCK clamping nut will work with any abrasive with a hemp or ABS backing disc. That means you can change any Eisenblatter abrasives for an angle grinder in a matter of seconds using this uniquely simple solution. The clamping collar shaped on the top of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut can secure flap discs and abrasives with a "THICKER" backing disc securely as well as centering them at the same time. "THIN" abrasives such as cutting discs etc can simply be secured using the reverse of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut.		M14 x 2		65008
