Flap Discs Zirconia MAGNUM® COOL TOP® CORNER/FILLET
The characteristic feature of this disc is it's relatively large overhang over the backing disc. The flexible edge of the flap disc adjusts perfectly to the angle of a fillet weld. With the MAGNUM® COOL TOP Fillet weld you can finish fillet welds easily and very economically. The clean and smooth result features soft transitions of corner welds. The abrasive fabric is the same as that used on the MAGNUM® COOL TOP® 5. The flap disc can also be used for all other grinding tasks that can be completed with a flap disc.

Never has disc changing been so quick, easy and efficient! Thanks to the EASY-LOCK clamping nut the abrasives on an angle grinder can now be changed in seconds without requiring any tools or opening a clamp etc. The EASY-LOCK clamping nut will work with any abrasive with a hemp or ABS backing disc. That means you can change any Eisenblatter abrasives for an angle grinder in a matter of seconds using this uniquely simple solution. The clamping collar shaped on the top of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut can secure flap discs and abrasives with a "THICKER" backing disc securely as well as centering them at the same time. "THIN" abrasives such as cutting discs etc can simply be secured using the reverse of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut. |
