disc can be easily trimmed down - it produces soft, harmless swarf

Never
has disc changing been so quick, easy and efficient! Thanks to the
EASY-LOCK clamping nut the abrasives on an angle grinder can now be
changed in seconds without requiring any tools or opening a clamp
etc. The EASY-LOCK clamping nut will work with any abrasive with a
hemp or ABS backing disc. That means you can change any Eisenblatter
abrasives for an angle grinder in a matter of seconds using this uniquely
simple solution.
The clamping collar shaped on the top of the EASY-LOCK clamping
nut can secure flap discs and abrasives with a "THICKER"
backing disc securely as well as centering them at the same time.
"THIN" abrasives such as cutting discs etc can simply
be secured using the reverse of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut. Availble
to suit most common grinders with spindles M14x2, 5/8"x11,
M10x1.5.
| 1. Secure the disc loosely by hand using the EASY-LOCK clamping

2. Press the spindle lock and tighten the disc by turning
it clockwise by hand. That's all there is to it! |
3. To release the disc press the spindle lock and turn the
disc anti-clockwise by hand- |

The new TZ Pyramid belts can produce superior finishes on stainless
steel surfaces - from blending in a number 4 finish up to pre mirror
finish - and all in fewer steps and around half the time compared
to conventional abrasives.
The special TZ Pyramid Belts consists of precisely shaped pyramids
containing micron graded mineral. As the abrasives is used, the
tops of the pyramids wear away, continually exposing fresh abrasive.
This ensures a consistent cut rate and surface finish through the
life of the belts.
