The right speed increases the service life of a flap disc by up to 100 % - virtually doubling the life. The optimal speed for flap discs is between 5000 - 8000 rpm, depending on their size and the material surface. Thanks to the EASY-LOCK clamping nut the abrasives on an angle grinder can now be changed in seconds without requiring any tools or opening a clamp etc. The EASY-LOCK clamping nut will work with any abrasive with a hemp or ABS backing disc. That means you can change any Eisenblatter abrasives for an angle grinder in a matter of seconds using this uniquely simple solution.

The clamping collar shaped on the top of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut can secure flap discs and abrasives with a "THICKER" backing disc securely as well as centering them at the same time. "THIN" abrasives such as cutting discs etc can simply be secured using the reverse of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut.
