The ZIRKOTEX® flap disc has around 30 times the useful life of a fibre disc, as proven in professional tests. The disc surface is flat. The disc can be used for tasks from roughing to smoothing and cleaning weld seams and spot welds. The ZIRKOTEX® can be used for all metal materials, such as stainless steel, steel, cast metals, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, etc.

Thanks to the EASY-LOCK clamping nut the abrasives on an angle grinder can now be changed in seconds without requiring any tools or opening a clamp etc. The EASY-LOCK clamping nut will work with any abrasive with a hemp or ABS backing disc. That means you can change any Eisenblatter abrasives for an angle grinder in a matter of seconds using this uniquely simple solution.

The clamping collar shaped on the top of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut can secure flap discs and abrasives with a "THICKER" backing disc securely as well as centering them at the same time. "THIN" abrasives such as cutting discs etc can simply be secured using the reverse of the EASY-LOCK clamping nut.
